Geometry - We concluded our initial investigation of isometries (transformations), focusing on reflections, translations, and rotations (Sec. 12.1 - 12.3).

Assessment Alert - Next week is Finals Week. Here's a brief review of the schedule:
- Group Final - Will be completed in groups of 3 - 4 during class periods on Monday, Dec. 14, and Tuesday, Dec. 15. Students may use their textbooks, notes/worksheets, computers, and calculators to complete this assessment.
- Trigonometry Quest Retake - Any student wishing to retake the Ch. 5 / 8 assessment initially completed last Tuesday, can do so on a free hour or after school on Monday, Dec. 14, or Tuesday, Dec. 15. E-mail Mr. Sondgeroth at masondg@ilstu.edu to schedule your retake time.
- Final Exam Review Sessions -
* Sr. Laura Dulee (former student in THIS class) will host a general review session in the U-Link from 3:00 - 4:00 pm after school on Monday, Dec. 14.
* Mr. Sondgeroth will host a question and answer review session on Wednesday, Dec. 16, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm in Rm. 208. Students needing assistance should come to the review session prepared to asked questions on SPECIFIC problems that they do not understand.
- Individual Final - Students will be allowed to use only their calculator and one page of hand-written notes. Students may NOT use the textbook or notebooks on this assessment.
