Friday, February 19

Geometry - We continued our discussions of the properties of parallelograms and other special quadrilaterals (Ch. 6).

Assessment Alert - The 7:00 and 8:00 sections will take a quiz covering parallelograms on Monday, Feb. 22.  The 12:00 and 1:00 classes will take a quiz covering quadrilateral properties on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

Assessment Alert:  The Algebra Re-Assessment will be administered TOMORROW, February 19.  As we will be employing Schedule A that day, students may complete the assessment before school (8:00  - 9:30 am) in Rm 202 or after school (2:20 - 4:15 pm) in Rm. 208.  If you wanted to take Algebra II w/ Trig next year and I did NOT sign your registration form in that way, then you need to complete this assessment.  If I already signed off on Algebra II w/ Trig, then you do not have to take this assessment.  Please e-mail Mr. Sondgeroth to confirm your spot for this assessment.

Assessment Alert:  Ch. 4 Tests were returned to students during class today.  Any students wishing to retake this assessment should e-mail Mr. Sondgeroth at masondg@ilstu.edu with the following information:

- Which sections of the test that you plan to retake?

- What do you intend to do to better prepare for this assessment?

- When are you available to meet w/ Mr. Sondgeroth or Mr. Speer to review the sections in question?

 The retake will be administered on Wednesday, February 24, from 12:30 - 2:30 pm in Rm. 208.  Please note that we have a Schedule (1:00 Dismissal) that day.
