Contact your counselor for more information on this option. I will not sign off for any student going against these recommendations if the appropriate paperwork has not been correctly filed.

... Sophomore and your 1st semester grade was greater than 85%, enroll in Pre-Calc.
... Sophomore and your 1st semester grade was less than 85%, see me to discuss your options.
... Junior and your first semester grade was greater than 85%, enroll in Pre-Calc.
... Junior and your first semester grade was less than 85%, enroll in College Algebra.

If you are currently enrolled in Geometry, you should enroll in ...
... Algebra 2 / Trig if your 1st semester grade was greater than 90% and you earned as score of 40 or better on the most recent ALEKS assessment.
... Algebra 1 if your 1st semester grade was less than 90% or you earned a score less than 40 on the most recent ALEKS assessment.
Note: No Sophomore should be enrolled in Algebra 2!
