Geometry - We are working in Ch. 10, focusing on basic 3-dimensional figures.
8:00 / 1:00 - Complete the following activities as HW for Wednesday:
- Read Sec. 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, watching appropriate online videos and taking notes
- Create list of questions regarding concepts/topics that you don't fully understand
- Complete the worksheet packet that was distributed in class today
2:00 - Ms. Newcombe led us in a discussion of ways to calculate surface area of prisms and cylinders. No HW for Wednesday.
Modern Math - We continued our discussion of compound interest, extending the conversation to include power vs exponential functions and exponential growth vs decay. No HW for Wednesday.
