Geometry - We continued our discussion of Sec. 3.4, focusing on the shortest distance from a point to a line.  We used this sketch as part of our discussion.

HW for Monday - Complete the proof worksheet that was distributed in class today.  In addition, complete #4, #8, #10-14, and #16-21 on pgs. 175 - 176 of the text book.

Notes:  We are scheduled to complete a quiz covering Sec. 3.1 - 3.4 in class on Tuesday, October 21.
