Alg 2 / Trig - We concluded our discussion of Sec. 1-9, reviewing the families of graphs for linear, quadratic, cubic, and square root functions. We discussed how the parent graphs can slide horizontally and vertically, reflect over the x-axis and y-axis, stretch and compress both vertically and horizontally. HW for Monday - Complete the "Ready To Go On" on pg 75 #1-13.
College Algebra - We reviewed our Sec. 1-1 thru 1-4 quiz and began working on a practice test for Chapter 1. HW for Monday - Complete the practice test that was distributed in class. Note: We will take the Chapter 1 Test in class on Tuesday.
Frosh Geometry - We continued our discussion of Sec. 1-9, focusing on finding midpoints in the coordinate plane. We also took a mini-quiz covering finding midpoints along a number line. HW for Monday - Complete the Coordinate Plane Guided Notes worksheet that was distributed in class.
