Alg 2 / Trig - We discussed Sec. 1.7, focusing on function notation and identifying restrictions to the domain of functions that have fractions or square roots. A link to the notes from today's lesson can be found in the lower left-hand column of my U-High webpage. HW for Friday - Complete pgs 54-56 #12-13, #15-16, #18-19, #21-33 odd, #39-41, and #44-48.
College Algebra - We discussed Sec. 1-8, focusing on the methods used for graphing linear inequalities. A link to a brief set of notes from today's lesson can be found in the lower left-hand column of my U-High webpage. We also discussed the graphs of basic absolute value functions. HW for Friday - Complete the Sec. 1-8 Practice Worksheet. The worksheet will be collected at the start of the hour and graded for correctness.
Note: We will take a quiz in College Algebra next Tuesday, Sept. 14, covering Sec. 1-5 to 1-8.
Frosh Geometry -We began our quiz covering Sec. 1.1 - 1.4. Since many of the students did not finish the quiz, they will be given time in class on Friday to finsih. As a result, there is no HW for Friday.
